I purchased the CCA on 10/19 not knowing it could take 24h to activate. Okay... waited the 24 hours. Had already followed the steps instructed. Still not working. 3-4 messages to support un-responded to. 3 days now, with no response or device activation. I know $100 isn't much anymore, but when your competition is less than half the price you would think the service would match the cost. I only purchased this device because of the same day availability at the big box. Thinking I have made a mistake. When (if) my vehicle renter returns the vehicle, I will be returning the CCA. Cool concept for a startup, poor execution. Put your money in support.
