    Hi Alex, where are you seeing that support is ending for Automatic Pro devices? As far as I can tell, EOL has only been announced for Gen1 & 2 devices, not the Pro. Also, it was advertised with 5 years of service (at least on my packaging), but I think 3G service from providers may be sunset sooner than that.

    Hi Alex,   The Automatic Pro is still fully supported.   We are sunsetting the oldest Gen 1 and Gen 2 adapters that use the Automatic Classic app.   If you are concerned about your service, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@automatic.com
