How do I tag and export a trip as "business"?

You can tag trips as "business" in the app on your phone or in the Web Dashboard. Trips must be tagged in the app or on the Automatic Web Dashboard within one year of the date of the trip. We do not support any other tags besides "business" at this time.

Phone

On your phone, there are two ways to tag a trip. Swipe left on any trip in the timeline until the briefcase icon business.tag.png highlights. Or click through the trip detail screen then tap the briefcase icon. Please refer to the screenshots below.

Web Dashboard

In the Automatic Web Dashboard on a desktop or laptop computer, hover over a trip and the grey briefcase icon will appear. Click on the icon and it will turn yellow. The trip is now tagged as business.

As always, you can also export all trips or selected trips as a CSV file. To only export tagged trips, use the '+' filter menu to first filter by those trips then click the Export link at the bottom of the window.
