It says my vehicle is not enrolled in KnowYourDrive? What does that mean?

If you're getting that error upon setup, that means the vehicle is not opted in to KnowYourDrive. Please contact KnowYourDrive support at 1-800-692-6326 ext 75230 for help. Automatic cannot assist with anything having to do with your AmFam policy.

Once the vehicle is opted back in, you should be able to continue with setup.
