When will my order ship and how long does shipping take?

We offer two shipping options:
  1. UPS Sure Post (UPS + USPS) - Free
  2. FedEx 2nd Day - $15
Orders generally leave our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Tennessee within 1-3 business days of placing the order, depending on the time of day the order is placed and on the order volume on any given day. (If volume spikes, it could take a bit longer). It will then usually take another 2-5+ business days for delivery, depending on location. 

UPS Sure Post: As of 12/8/2016 we are shipping via UPS Sure Post, which uses UPS all the way to your local post office. USPS then handles the final delivery to your shipping address.  

FedEx 2nd Day: Your order will arrive 2 business days after your order is processed at the fulfillment center. Important Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.
If you order FedEx 2nd Day, it should ship out the same day if the order is placed before 11:00AM PT Monday-Friday, but we can't guarantee that it will. FedEx 2nd Day is only delivered on weekdays.

Once your order ships out, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Remember, you may not receive this until 1-3 business days after placing your order. Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. 

We ship solely within the United States & Puerto Rico and shipments go out Monday-Friday only.
