How do I change my name, email, or password?

To change the name or email address associated with your Automatic account, please email support@automatic.com. At this time, we do not offer a account management system on our website, but our Customer Care team will happily make the change for you.

You can reset your password by visiting this page or by logging out of the app and entering your email like you were logging back in. There should be a link to reset your password on the following screen.
