How do I remove a car from the app?

There is currently not a way for users to remove a car on their own from the Automatic app. It's something we'd like to bring to the app, but in the meantime, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you. Be sure to include the make/model/year of the vehicle when sending us the request.

To remove a car, please first:

  • Disable Crash Alert from the vehicle

After that, contact us and let us know which car you'd like to remove. Our team will take care of it from there.

Note: Removing a vehicle will remove all of its data from the Automatic app and the Automatic Web Dashboard.   If you plan on adding the vehicle back to the same Automatic account, we do not recommend deleting them. Doing this will cause decreased functionality that may include live tracking and receiving notifications.
